The Industry Strategic Engagement Executive (SEE) is a senior industry leader responsible for defining industry strategy and point-of-view, structuring and authoring repeatable commercial plays, influencing product direction, accelerating strategic deals, and enabling consistent execution.
This is not a direct quota-carrying sales role, nor a product management role. Success is measured by clarity, repeatability, executive credibility, and measurable impact on growth.
Set and refresh industry strategy to direct plays, partner focus, and investment priorities.
Establish a clear, defensible industry POV that anchors executive conversations and GTM motions.
Create reusable GTM content aligned to POV and prioritized plays.
Enable scalable, repeatable execution across the full go-to-market field.
Ensure product and solution direction reflects real industry requirements and growth opportunities.
Accelerate strategic deals and strengthen executive trust through industry credibility.
Build market credibility, executive interest, and industry authority for UiPath; along with driving demand generation through content and marketing oversight and fostering customer community engagement.
10+ years of experience focused on: B2B software, consulting, product marketing, or sales enablement
Solid understanding of workflows and strong written/verbal communication skills
Comfort with AI & automation concepts and ability to translate technical ideas into business value
Proven project management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience creating sales enablement content such as battlecards and discovery guides
Familiarity with Salesforce and content hubs like Highspot
Exposure to partner ecosystems and co-marketing/co-sell motions
