Role Overview

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to Fortune 500 Chief Data Officers, Chief Technology Officers, and enterprise engineering teams. You will architect modern lakehouse data architectures, optimize Apache Spark pipelines, and guide the deployment of production generative AI models using MLflow and Mosaic AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade lakehouse solutions leveraging Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks SQL.
• Optimize large-scale distributed ETL/ELT pipelines for throughput, cost efficiency, and low latency.
• Deliver architectural workshops, proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations, and executive technical presentations.
• Advise customers on fine-tuning and hosting open-source LLMs securely within enterprise data perimeters.
• Partner with sales executives to accelerate technical win rates and enterprise platform adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or customer-facing solutions architecture.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Spark, distributed computing, SQL, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex architectural concepts to technical and executive audiences.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $175,000 – $265,000 per year + sales incentive plan + Databricks equity.
