In our APAC IT organization, we are looking for a responsible for leading the regional strategy, operations, security, and compliance of Windows endpoints and mobile devices across APAC.

You will join the WW Endpoint and Technical Compliance team which is responsible for managing Windows Endpoints, Patching, Security hardening and vulnerabilities compliance, MDM, JAMF infrastructure and part of NAC and EDR management. You will manage the integration of third-party companies in the context of acquisitions. You will participate in the definition and deployment of security best practices. You will have the opportunity to implement new products to better facilitate the business and integrate new hardware market study
As part of an international team of about 27 people, you will work in collaboration with global teammates in Vélizy, France, Pune, US, Canada. As a global service provider, you will work with the central and local IT teams and R&D organizations across all of Dassault Systèmes sites. 

Role Description & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced endpoint and mobility lead role who will be responsible for device lifecycle management, policy administration, application deployment, compliance enforcement, and end-user support across a global environment.

·       Lead the APAC Windows endpoint environment, including Windows 10/11, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, Entra ID, and endpoint security.

·       Own technical compliance, including patching, encryption, security baselines, device health, vulnerability remediation, and audit requirements.

·       Lead mobile/mobility services across APAC, including MDM/MAM, smartphones, tablets, BYOD, and mobile connectivity.

·       Define and enforce regional endpoint and mobility standards aligned with global policies.

·       Lead Windows upgrades, endpoint transformation, device lifecycle, deployments, and regional technology projects.

·       Act as the APAC technical escalation point for endpoint and mobility issues.

·       Partner with Cyber Security to maintain endpoint security posture and remediate compliance gaps.

·       Drive continuous improvement, automation, standardization, and enhanced user experience across the region.

·       Provide technical leadership and stakeholder management across multiple APAC countries and time zones.

·       Manage KPI, performance of the GEO
 

Qualifications:

·       B. Tech / B.E (CS / IT / E&TC) from premier institutions with good academic track records.

·       10 years of experience in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/UEM) or Endpoint Management.

·       Strong experience in Windows Endpoint / EUC / Modern Workplace.

·       Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, SCCM/MECM, and Microsoft 365.

·       Strong knowledge of endpoint security, compliance, patching, and vulnerability management.

·       Experience with mobile device management and mobility services.

·       Regional experience supporting APAC / multinational environment.

·       Strong stakeholder, vendor, project, and operational management skills.

·       Study the business needs with Hardware evolutions for the fleet enhancement

·       Ability to balance technical delivery, security, compliance, and user experience.

·       Knowledge of iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android Enterprise, and Windows device management.

·       Understanding of windows operating systems troubleshooting.

·       Experience with compliance policies, conditional access, and mobile security controls.

·       Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.

·       Experience in working in an international team

·       Experience on an SLA oriented ticketing tool

·       Strong Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot or get things done.

·       Adaptability, ability to learn faster, independent, responsible and diligent.

·       Good team spirit and interpersonal skills

·       Excellent written & verbal communication skills and analytical skills
