Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Operations Manager to lead operational excellence at one of our largest robotic fulfillment centers. You will lead cross-functional teams of area managers, process engineers, and operations associates, leveraging automation and predictive analytics to optimize end-to-end logistics throughput.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift fulfillment operations team of 500+ employees, setting high standards for workplace safety, ergonomics, and associate engagement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma) to eliminate operational waste and enhance package throughput.
• Collaborate with Amazon Robotics engineers to integrate autonomous mobile robots, automated sorting arms, and computer vision inspection systems.
• Manage annual operating budgets, labor allocation, and capacity planning for peak holiday volumes.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of operational leadership across the fulfillment network.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or Master's in Supply Chain preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in high-volume manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or military leadership.
• Demonstrated track record of leading large teams and driving measurable productivity improvements.
• Strong analytical capability with expertise in SQL, Excel data modeling, and operational KPI dashboards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $160,000 – $240,000 per year + sign-on bonus + Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
