Your New Role…
As a key member of the International Sports Finance team, you will partner with finance and business stakeholders to deliver accurate planning, reporting and analysis, helping drive informed decision-making across a dynamic and fast-growing sports portfolio.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Support month-end close activities by reviewing accruals, ensuring P&L completeness, and partnering with GBS, Accounting, Local Finance and other key stakeholders.
Prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets for International Sports P&L areas, with a primary focus on Eurosport.com.
Deliver insightful financial and business performance analysis, including variance reporting against prior year, budget and forecast.
Prepare consolidated financial results, management reporting and regular performance updates for the Senior Management Team (SMT), France Sports Finance and business stakeholders.
Develop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards, highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities across the Sports portfolio.
Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc financial analysis, business cases, financial modelling and scenario planning.
Contribute to finance transformation, process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects within the International Sports Finance team.
Qualifications and Experience…
3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling or a related finance function.
Advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of financial planning and reporting systems (e.g., SAP BPC, Oracle EPM, Hyperion or Anaplan).
Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven business partnering, stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
Fluent business-level English (written and spoken); experience in the Media & Entertainment industry and/or a strong interest in sports is an advantage.
