Apply What you'll do
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing projects for ShopeePay, including promotional campaigns, partnerships, and engagement initiatives that drive toward business direction
- Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and alignment with business goals
- Oversee media asset preparation, including banners, microsites, and in-app placements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage campaign performance tracking, analyze key metrics, and generate useful insights
- Identify areas for improvement in campaign execution and user engagement strategies, proposing and implementing enhancements based on data-driven findings
- Handle ad-hoc tasks related to campaign execution and visibility setup as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, or any related field
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in marketing-related fields
- Experienced in managing end-to-end marketing projects
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity
- Strong executional abilities, project management and stakeholder management
- Excellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficient in English both written and oral communication
- Work experience in e-commerce/eWallet is a plus
