Apply What you'll do
- Handle day-to-day operator issues, complaints, and dissatisfaction in a timely manner
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurrence
- Manage and monitor operator welfare programs and benefits implementation
- Creating fair and conducive work environment for operators
- Monitor and assess operator satisfaction levels regularly
- Act as a bridge between management and operators to ensure clear communication
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in field HR, employee engagement, industrial relations or 3PL operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related fields
- Strong understanding of operational workforce dynamics (shift work, targets, on-ground conditions)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (empathetic and assertive)
- Ability to identify welfare issues and develop practical, data-informed solutions
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking for continuous improvement
- Experience in cross-functional coordination (Ops, HR, GA)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and basic analysis
