Business Development Project

What you'll do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies project
• Develop and optimize business growth strategies to drive our credit business.
• Create and enhance marketing initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
• Lead end-to-end business development projects from planning to execution
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive insights to support business growth
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with external partners, merchants, and business channels
• Monitor project performance, business KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and strategic recommendations for management
• Support product launch planning, market expansion, and customer acquisition initiatives
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across BD projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Business Analytics, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in growth marketing, growth strategy, campaign strategy, or other related fields.
• Experience in the credit, fintech, retail banking, financial services, or consulting industries.
• Proficiency in data analytics and research capabilities, with the ability to leverage insights to drive informed business decisions and strategies
• Structured thinking and the ability to develop actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Motivated and target-driven, with a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Experience in offline growth strategies for credit products is a plus.
