Area Sales Manager (Balikpapan)

What you'll do

• Manage and supervise sales operations within a specific area/territory.
• Lead, coach, and monitor Team Leaders and Sales Agents to achieve area sales targets.
• Implement regional sales strategy at area level and ensure execution.
• Monitor financing portfolio quality, ensuring low delinquency and compliance with risk standards.
• Develop local partnerships (dealers, merchants, communities) to expand sales channels

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with at least 1-2 years in area sales manager role
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive sales teams.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Data-driven with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Target-driven with good motivational and coaching skills.
• Familiarity with financing products and credit processes is a plus
