NSS Program Team (Non Shopee) is in charge of driving SPX logistics service adoption beyond Shopee orders targeting social sellers and individual senders. The team designs and executes data-driven programs relating to customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while managing performance tracking, budget allocation, and cost efficiency to achieve business targets. Combining strategic foresight with hands-on execution, NSS Program Team plays a pivotal role in scaling and commercializing SPX services.
What you'll do
● Identify, approach, and evaluate potential partners in alignment with SPX’s network
development strategy.
● Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners and commercial teams
across key regions.
● Monitor partner network performance, proactively managing and optimizing the
effectiveness of the existing network to ensure stable and sustainable scale.
● Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Commercial, BI, Finance, Risk, and
related functions) to ensure network development projects are executed in a coordinated
and effective manner.
● Track market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging business models within the
logistics industry to propose relevant improvements and actionable execution strategies.
● Support the continuous refinement of network models, governance frameworks, and
operational processes to improve overall performance and scalability.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related
fields.
● Experience in logistics, e-commerce, sales, or related commercial roles.
● Prior experience working with major logistics or delivery companies is a strong
advantage.
● Solid understanding of network development models, partner management, and/or
logistics operations.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
● Proactive, adaptable, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
