Apply What you'll do
- Handle and Track escalations related to credit products, focusing on ShopeePay related issues.
- Investigate and verify reported issues to ensure accurate resolution.
- Monitor case progress and ensure timely resolution within the service levels (SLA).
- Analyze trends in escalation and provide insights for process improvements.
- Work closely with Product and Project Operations teams to support issue investigations and post-monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 1 year experience in operations or related field
- Able to work night shifts and rotational days off
- Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skill in Thai (English will be an advantage)
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
