Onboarding eKYC Team Lead - Onboarding Operations, MariBank

What you'll do

The KYC Team Lead at SeaBank oversees a team handling customer onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering monitoring, and Customer Due Diligence to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies through timely, high-quality eKYC reviews. This role manages workloads, monitors performance, implements improvements, and coaches Analysts and Senior Analysts to meet SLAs and KPIs while conducting quality assurance checks on reviewed profiles.

• Manage a team of KYC analysts and actively managing their allocations.
• Monitor the production queue and make sure the team meets the SLA, productivity & quality targets.
• Supports the Onboarding Lead in strategizing for process enhancements and in the preparation of KYC reports.
• Assure self and team adherence to the bank's established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
• Preferably with 4-5 years of work experience in KYC/AML/Client Onboarding.
• With experience in managing a team, coaching, and/or mentoring.
• Strong analytical skills, able to gather and present data well.
• Collaborative work style; willing to coach and be coached by others.
• Comfortable with shifting schedules, may be required to work on weekends and/or holidays. Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons.
• Open to work in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City and/or Gateway, Cubao.
