Business Development Operations - SPayLater (Open to Fresh Graduates)

What you'll do

• Setup Sales Campaign & OPV promotion page
• Quality check on Participating Merchants’ A&Ps
• Maintain accurate Merchants with 5 stores or more Information such as Brand name tagging, Store Name, Location, commercial rates, company profile write-up
• Assist on new merchant onboarding, add-on stores and L1 Support on merchant queries  
• Generate and analyze monthly Merchant Performance Report  
• Housekeeping data of merchant
• Onboarding new store of existing merchant
• Handling end user disputes from Shopee CS

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are both welcomed to apply
• Enjoy working efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, focused in achieving the target
• Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
• Hard working, independent, and good spirits within the team
• Hungry in learning and executing actions
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Malay, in both verbal and written forms
• Able to overcome and be creative when managing the merchants in different situations  
• Able to perform analytical functions on spreadsheet and knowledge in statistical formula
• Highly skeptical and good logical thinking, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
