What you'll do

• Take ownership of analytical projects end-to-end from extracting & exploring data, generating a hypothesis, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
• Draw insights from data sets and apply data-driven methods to solve operational challenges
• Collaborate with relevant teams and colleagues to refine process and introduce initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management

Requirements

• At least 3+ years’ experience in consulting/ project management or related business development fields.
• Great problem-solving and data skills. Proactive and able to drive initiatives
• Excellent in Excel/gsheet, PowerPoint/Google Slides, etc. Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills - able to communicate clearly and structure presentation slides in a logical and structured manner.
• Ability to work independently and productively under ambiguous, fast-paced working environment.
• Amenable to be assigned in Podium, Pasig Office
