The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the top e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

What you'll do

• Responsible for the success of Shopee’s key commercial programmes
• Conduct regular price benchmarking and analysis
• Develop pricing models and tools to support decision-making processes
• Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure pricing competitiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional & category teams to implement and execute pricing policies
• Track programme performance metrics and provide regular reports to management

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to execute tasks independently
• Proven track record in programme management and effective cross-functional collaboration, with excellent stakeholder management capabilities
• Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and sound judgement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in working with numbers and skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with Data Studio and SQL is a plus, though not a requirement
