Job Summary**
Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager for the Nordics region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market share growth across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Nordic market, aligning with global Hitachi marketing objectives.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the Nordics.
* Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrable ROI.
* Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing activities, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, PR, events, and direct marketing.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop sales enablement tools and support lead generation efforts.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and industry associations.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Ensure brand consistency and adherence to Hitachi's global brand guidelines across all regional marketing initiatives.
* Manage external agencies and vendors as required to deliver marketing programs.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a regional marketing management position, preferably within the Nordics.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results in the Nordic market.
* Strong understanding of the cultural nuances and business landscape across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.
* Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Danish).
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Experience in the B2B technology or industrial sector is a plus.
