The Opportunity
Digital services are becoming mission‑critical to how we deliver value to customers—across cloud platforms, edge solutions, and industrial environments. We are strengthening our capability in Verification & Validation (V&V) to ensure that digital service solutions are not only innovative, but also reliable, scalable, secure, and fit for purpose across their full lifecycle.
This role is responsible for defining and leading solution‑level verification and validation for digital service solutions spanning cloud‑based, distributed, edge‑connected, and OT‑adjacent environments. The scope covers software‑intensive, continuously evolving digital services with strong non‑functional requirements such as performance, reliability, scalability, and resilience.
In addition to shaping V&V strategy, standards, and governance, you will lead and develop the V&V organization and oversee the execution of V&V activities across projects and programs. You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, product development, and service delivery—bridging software, systems engineering, and industrial domains to ensure quality and reliability are built in from the start.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Define and lead solution‑level V&V principles, standards, and practices for digital service solutions across cloud, edge, and hybrid environments
Drive a risk‑based and lifecycle‑oriented approach to verification and validation, covering both functional and non‑functional aspects such as performance, reliability, scalability, and resilience
Lead, manage, and develop the V&V organization, ensuring the right capabilities, capacity, and ways of working to support multiple initiatives in parallel
Oversee and govern the execution of V&V activities across projects and programs, ensuring consistent application of standards while supporting speed and innovation
Collaborate closely with architecture, development, testing, and operations teams to embed V&V seamlessly into modern digital delivery models
Enable effective use of test environments, simulation, and virtualized setups to validate complex digital and cyber‑physical systems
Act as a trusted expert and advisor to projects and programs, ensuring consistent quality outcomes
Contribute to the continuous evolution of V&V capabilities, keeping pace with state‑of‑the‑art digital engineering and service technologies
Your Background
A strong foundation in verification, validation, quality, reliability engineering, or systems engineering within digital, software‑intensive, or industrial technology domains
Solid experience working with cloud‑based and distributed digital solutions, ideally including edge or OT‑connected environments
Proven ability to define, govern, and oversee V&V frameworks and execution at solution or portfolio level
Experience leading or managing V&V, quality, or verification teams, including oversight across multiple projects or programs
Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams—software, systems, product management, and operations
A structured, analytical mindset with the ability to balance risk, quality, and delivery pragmatically
Excellent communication skills, enabling you to influence without formal authority and operate confidently at senior levels
What’s in It for You
A strategic leadership role where your work directly shapes the quality and reliability of next‑generation digital service solutions
The opportunity to operate at enterprise scale, influencing standards, capabilities, and ways of working beyond individual projects
A collaborative, technology‑driven environment with strong links to innovation, R&D, and service transformation
Exposure to complex, real‑world digital challenges across cloud, edge, and industrial domains
A role designed for experienced professionals who want to combine technical depth with organizational leadership and strategic impact
