The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead to join the Global Communications Business Solutions (GCBS) team, reporting to the GCBS Lead. In this role, you will provide strategic creative leadership across Hitachi Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) initiatives, shaping compelling narratives that elevate executive communications, campaigns, multimedia content, and external engagements.
As the Creative Lead, you will drive high-impact storytelling and creative excellence across multiple channels, translating complex business concepts into engaging visual and multimedia experiences. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, partnering closely with leadership teams to deliver impactful presentations, corporate videos, and communications that strengthen the Hitachi Energy brand. In addition, you will lead a small creative team, oversee project execution, and contribute to the continued evolution of our global brand system while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
