Your new role:
Responsible for supporting the execution of the retail sales strategy across LATAM agent markets, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and alignment with Warner Bros.’ regional and cross-divisional priorities. The role drives growth through close coordination with internal teams, agents, and commercial partners, optimizing investments, defining commercial priorities, and strengthening key relationships. Additionally, it ensures consistent, high-impact execution at the point of sale, maximizing visibility, conversion, and franchise performance within the retail ecosystem.
Your role accountabilities:
Support the definition of market priorities and the implementation of retail initiatives at a regional and cross-divisional level.
Manage and optimize the retail investment budget, ensuring return on investment (ROI).
Define, monitor, and ensure achievement of sell-in financial targets in collaboration with agent teams.
Develop strategic plans of up to 24 months with key retailers to drive sustainable growth.
Coordinate with global, regional, and divisional teams (marketing, theatrical, promotions, among others) to implement integrated initiatives.
Assess competitive activities and propose corrective or improvement strategies.
Drive the execution of retail programs, cross-category solutions, and point-of-sale conversion initiatives.
Build and manage strategic relationships with retailers, licensees, and internal stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor´s degree in any correlated area
Advanced english
Strong operational execution with high standards of excellence
Experience in sales, retail, trade marketing, or commercial roles
Key Account Management experience
Experience working with agents, distributors, or licensees
Coordination with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product)
Experience in multi-country environments (ideally LATAM)
Commercial planning and point-of-sale execution
Experience in licensing, entertainment, or consumer goods
Experience in cross-category or cross-divisional strategies
Development and implementation of mid-term strategic plans
Experience leveraging market and consumer insights
High analytical skills (ROI, performance tracking, competitive analysis)
Customer-centric mindset (retailers and consumers)
