As a Transmission Enigeering Intern, you will join a team responsible for the 24/7 operation of a broadcast Master Control Room (MCR), supporting the distribution of TV channels across Polish and international markets.
This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in live TV operations and modern broadcast technologies, including satellite and IP-based distribution. You will work in a dynamic operational environment and learn how global media services are delivered and maintained.
We are committed to growing our early talent - high-performing interns may be offered the opportunity to continue their journey with us in a full-time Junior Transmission Engineer role.
Daily work is organized in daytime shifts, allowing you to gain experience in a real operational setup while maintaining work-life balance.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Learn how broadcast operations function in a global organization
- Monitor systems responsible for live channel distribution (satellite and IP)
- Support engineers in daily operational activities
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and incident handling
- Participate in maintenance and upgrades of broadcast systems
- Learn tools, platforms, and workflows used in TV distribution
- Create and update operational documentation
- Support communication with internal teams across different regions

Qualifications & Experience:
- Student (final year) or recent graduate in engineering (telecommunications, IT, electronics, or similar)
- Fluent Polish and good English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a dynamic and occasionally high-pressure environment
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of IP networking (routing, switching)
- Interest in broadcast technologies or media environments
- Any initial exposure to TV, media, or technical operations
