We recently brought the Uber Shuttle magic to multiple Event Venues in the US and we’re looking for a strong leader to help grow this business at the existing locations while looking forward to the next set of target venues! This is an opportunity to be a part of a startup within an established company and to help shape this team and this product offering for the US and Canadian markets.
This role is based in Washington, DC or NYC and reports directly into the GM US&C, Uber Shuttle. The Events & Venues, US&C, Uber Shuttle will be responsible for existing Event Venue Shuttle operations, progress towards monthly revenue and operational targets, and our strategy around growth and expansion.
Attention to detail, problem solving, analytical thinking, and organizational skills are a must. Additionally, you must be comfortable with presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders and project managing many parties. The team has worked very hard to build this business, gain venue partnerships, create fleet partnerships, and nurture stakeholder relationships to launch these types of programs and we want to do everything we can to take this to the next level. This role is best suited for people who are comfortable working on unstructured early stage problems.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$131,000 per year - USD$145,500 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
