Uber Eats is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Sales Workflow Lead to spearhead the evolution of our global sales workflows and seller technology experience.
With over 5,000 sales and account management professionals supporting merchants across Acquisition, Account Management, Onboarding, and Scaled Sales, we are focused on creating a simpler, more consistent, and more effective way of working. This role will be responsible for designing the future state of our sales processes and systems, ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem enables scalable, efficient workflows across regions while accommodating critical local market requirements.
You will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and Seller Tech, translating business problems into scalable workflow designs, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps. This role combines business process design, Salesforce expertise, stakeholder management, and product thinking.
What the you will do
1. Design and optimize end-to-end seller workflows across Acquisition, Account Management, Onboarding, and Scaled Sales teams.
2. Build detailed future-state process maps and wireframes that clearly articulate user journeys, business logic, edge cases, and system interactions.
3. Define and document the rationale for proposed changes, including expected business impact and operational benefits.
4. Develop globally scalable solutions while appropriately incorporating local market requirements.
5. Build alignment across regions and functions on future-state operating models.
6. Partner closely with Seller Tech and Product teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable.
7. Act as the business owner throughout the development lifecycle, providing clarification, feedback, and stakeholder alignment.
8. Support testing, change management, and adoption planning for new capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
1. 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Process Design, Consulting, Product Management, Salesforce Transformation, or a related field.
2. Experience designing and optimizing complex sales processes at scale.
3. Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and understanding of CRM architecture and workflow design.
4. Experience translating business requirements into detailed process flows, wireframes, and implementation requirements.
5. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience supporting large global sales organizations.
2. Experience working with Salesforce ecosystems and adjacent sales technology platforms.
3. Background in management consulting, business transformation, product management, or revenue operations.
4. Experience building governance frameworks and prioritization processes for technology investments.
5. Strong facilitation and influence skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups around common solutions.
6. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes in a fast-moving environment.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
