Support the migration and deployment of customer workloads to EdgeOne, including technical assessment, solution design, planning, implementation, and verification.
Coordinate cross-functional internal and external resources to ensure delivery milestones and service expectations are met.
Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions aligned with Tencent Cloud’s platform capabilities and business goals.
Produce migration documentation, test scenarios, solution proposals, and onboarding materials tailored to each customer project.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle by working closely with support, engineering, and R&D teams.
Optimise delivery frameworks and workflows for scalability, customer experience, and cross-team efficiency.
Capture and feedback market observations, delivery challenges, and product gaps to improve Tencent Cloud’s service capability in global markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical implementation, cloud delivery, or customer onboarding roles in a cloud or internet services environment.
Strong familiarity with CDN, edge acceleration, and cloud security concepts.
Working knowledge of web infrastructure and network protocols (HTTP, DNS, IP, routing, SSL).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across different geographies.
Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is required for regional collaboration and communication.
