Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. 仕事内容/What the Role Entails

ポジション概要

Tencent Cloudでは、日本市場におけるTRTC（Tencent Real-Time Communication）関連事業の拡大を支援するソリューションアーキテクトインターンを募集しています。本ポジションでは、市場調査や顧客開拓支援、PR資料作成、顧客対応サポートなどを通じて、リアルタイム音声・映像通信ソリューションに関する実務経験を積むことができます。ソリューションチームおよびビジネスチームと連携しながら、日本市場における事業拡大と顧客満足度向上に貢献していただきます。

仕事内容

• TRTCおよびリアルタイム通信分野における市場調査および潜在顧客のリサーチ

• 見込み顧客へのアプローチメール作成および送付サポート

• PR資料、提案補助資料、製品紹介資料の作成サポート

• 来訪顧客の受付および訪問対応のサポート

• 顧客ミーティングへの参加および議事録作成・フォローアップ対応

• 展示会やオフラインイベントへの参加およびブース運営サポート

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry opportunities related to TRTC and real-time communication solutions

• Support outbound business development efforts, including preparing and sending outreach emails to prospective clients

• Assist in preparing PR materials, solution briefs, and supporting documentation for business promotion activities

• Support customer communication activities, including reception and coordination for visiting clients

• Participate in customer meetings and assist in note-taking, follow-up coordination, and documentation

• Support offline events and industry exhibitions, assisting with booth coordination, presentation preparation, and partner engagement activities

応募資格/Who We Look For

能力条件

• 大学または大学院在学中の方（専攻不問、ビジネス・IT関連専攻歓迎）

• クラウド技術やリアルタイム通信サービスへの関心がある方

• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力を有する方（ビジネスレベル）

• 英語での基本的なコミュニケーションが可能な方（中国語ができれば尚可）

• 主体的に行動でき、チームワークを大切にできる方

• インターン期間中、一定期間フルタイムで勤務可能な方

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related disciplines

• Strong interest in cloud technologies, real-time communication solutions, or digital media industries

• Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English; Mandarin is a plus

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting business-facing activities

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment

• Available for internship commitment according to local requirements

※固定残業代月35時間分を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。

労働時間・休日
就業時間 09:30 ~ 18:30　 休憩時間 60分
役職により裁量労働制あり
完全週休２日制（土日・祝日）
有給休暇：入社初年度は、入社月により期間按分付与。在籍年数踏まえて最大22日
年末年始休暇（12/30～1/3）
病気休暇（有給）：12日/年（有給休暇とは別途付与）
