Lead Engineer (MFM Zone 1 & 2 - Pasig) SPX Express

What you'll do

• Responsible for all aspects concerning the operations and maintenance of electrical/ electronics/mechanical parts of the conveyors, warehouse facilities' construction, fire protection
• Establish and refine preventive maintenance programs, employee training programs, manpower scheduling techniques, spare parts inventory, efficiency improvement programs, regulatory compliance programs, etc.
• Oversee maintenance procedures, schedules, work orders, procurement of machine spare parts and tools
• Recommend solutions to increase operating efficiency, performance, safety, and reliability. 
• Ensure proper maintenance activities are carried out periodically and systematically by technician team
   

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Mechatronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering)
• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• Preferred to have 2-3 years of experience in automated warehouse / manufacturing facility; or at least mechanical engineering experience
• Should be mobile or able to support multiple warehouse locations
• Willing to do field work
