The Control Tower Analytics Executive is responsible for using operational and financial data to monitor warehouse resource performance, identify efficiency gaps, and generate insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement.
The role serves as the central visibility point for warehouse resource operations across Packaging, Manpower, Assets, Facility Services, Liquidations, and Logistics, ensuring KPI performance is tracked, analyzed, and acted upon.
What you'll do
Performance Monitoring
● Track and maintain warehouse KPIs across key operational areas
● Build and manage dashboards for real-time performance visibility
● Monitor efficiency, cost, and productivity trends
Data Analytics & Insights
● Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies
● Link operational actions to business outcomes (cost, output, productivity)
● Produce insights on wins, losses, and recurring performance drivers
Risk & Compliance Monitoring
● Flag non-compliance, underperformance, and operational risks through data
● Identify at-risk categories, processes, or cost drivers
● Ensure early detection of inefficiencies and deviations
Reporting & Improvement Support
● Consolidate KPI performance, highlighting key wins, gaps, and trends
● Support process improvement initiatives based on data insights
● Recommend actions to improve efficiency, cost control, and operational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
- 2–5 years experience in data analytics, operations, supply chain, or control tower roles
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and KPI management skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with large datasets
- Strong in data-driven decision making
- Able to identify patterns, risks, and inefficiencies quickly
- Connects operations to business impact
- Proactive in flagging issues and recommending improvements
- Highly disciplined in KPI tracking and reporting
