Seller Acquisition - Business Development (Contract)

Apply What you'll do
- Proactive and aggressive conduct outbound activities to get new sellers to join FBS
- Build trust and long-term relationships with sellers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive communication
- Proactive identifying opportunities for order growth and prevent churn
- Monitor account health metrics such as order volume trends, SLAs, and satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, customer support, and product teams to resolve issues and optimize service levels
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Hands on internship experience in managing brands and key accounts; experience in e-commerce or enabler industry would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
- Proficient in English and Indonesian to communicate with our internal and external stakeholders
