Senior Leasing Associate, SPX Express

What you'll do

• Ensure successful leasing of hubs in line with commercial terms and business operations.
• Manage strong relationships with organisational internal stakeholders and external Landlords to facilitate leasing related requests on-time
• Ensure the leasing process is effectively implemented, including document checking, contract management to payments.
• Ensure on-time status updates and communication to relevant teams during the process
• Ensure a correct database for Leasing information, Landlord profiles and contract information to facilitate information retrieval and ensure a proper follow-up.
• Work with the operations team in transitioning from executed contracts through to the handover of tenant spaces and commencement of fit out, though to operating.
• Support administrative tasks during Procurement processes, including contract administration, payment processing and database maintenance

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 03 years of experience in Leasing.
• Commercial and negotiation skills and ability to understand contracts.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Highly motivated with a desire to learn
• Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
• Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Be opened, flexible and enjoyed fast-paced environment
