Apply What you'll do
- Manage and support Bill partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on operational and financial matters.
- Drive product onboarding across DP and Hub, including API integration and documentation.
- Plan and execute growth initiatives, tracking P&L performance against targets and budgets.
- Monitor campaign execution end-to-end, including peak-day performance tracking.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and user demand to optimize campaign and business strategy.
- Maintain strong partner relationships through regular reviews, alignment, and collaboration.
- Support agreement processes (renewals, special campaigns) and prepare data-driven reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate from a reputable university.
- Have an internship or up to ~1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, account manager, or related fields.
- Major in STEM is preferred.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to execute tasks independently and effectively
- Structured thinking with good analytical and data interpretation skills
- High willingness to learn and eagerness to take on new challenges
- High attention to detail, with strong multitasking abilities; reliable, responsible, and a collaborative team player
- Excellent Indonesian and English communication skills (written and verbal)
