Seller Incubation Specialist

What you'll do

• Your primary responsibility is the overall management and support of high-potential new brands and resellers during their first 3 to 12 months on Shopee. 
• You will help design strategies for their shop portfolios, including category selection, brand positioning, and pricing. 
• To ensure commercial and operational growth, you will lead the execution of marketing campaigns and the adoption of logistics channels such as SLS and FBS.
• Furthermore, you will empower sellers by providing the necessary education to enhance their onsite visibility and order conversion rates.

• 主なミッションは、Shopeeに出店して3〜12ヶ月以内の有望な新規ブランドおよびリセラーの全体的な管理と育成支援です。
• ショップのポートフォリオ戦略（カテゴリー選定、ブランドポジショニング、価格設定など）を立案・設計します。
• ビジネスおよび運用の成長を確実にするため、マーケティングキャンペーンの実行を主導し、SLS（Shopee物流サービス）やFBS（Shopeeフルフィルメントサービス）といった物流チャネルの導入を促進します。
• さらに、セラー（販売者）に対して必要な教育を提供し、サイト内での露出向上や成約率の改善を支援します。

Requirements

• Possess at least 3 years of experience in account management.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Drive seller management activities with strong ownership based on in-depth knowledge of the ecommerce or retail industry.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications effectively within a dynamic environment.
• Communicate effectively in both oral and written Japanese (Native level) and English (Business level).

• アカウントマネジメント経験： 3年以上の実務経験。
• マルチタスク管理： 複数のアカウントを同時に並行して管理・運用した実績。
• 専門知識とオーナーシップ： Eコマースまたは小売業界に関する深い知識に基づき、強い当事者意識を持ってセラー管理を推進できること。
• ステークホルダー管理： ダイナミックに変化する環境下で、多角的なコミュニケーションを円滑に行い、関係各所を調整できること。
• 言語能力： 日本語（ネイティブレベル）および英語（ビジネスレベル）での、質の高い読み書き・会話能力。
