Apply What you'll do
- Manage and develop strong relationships with a portfolio of SMB merchants on the ShopeeFood platform.
- Drive merchant growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales performance, order volume, and overall platform engagement.
- Analyze merchant performance metrics such as GMV, order growth, conversion rates, and campaign participation to provide actionable business insights.
- Recommend and implement strategic promotional activities and marketing campaigns to enhance merchant visibility and sales.
- Act as a trusted business advisor to merchants by providing data-driven recommendations related to pricing, menu optimization, promotions, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and campaign teams to execute growth initiatives.
- Monitor merchant performance regularly and provide structured performance reports and improvement plans.
- Ensure merchants comply with platform policies, operational standards, and service quality requirements.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth strategies within the assigned merchant portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Target-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
- Able to work well in a team.
