Collections Specialist - Monee Credit, Operations

What you'll do

• Handle outbound collection calls.
• Inform clients about due dates, outstanding balances, contract details, and payment obligations.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements with clients.
• Propose appropriate solutions to clients with past-due accounts.
• Maintain professionalism by handling calls politely, confidently, and assertively while providing accurate information. 

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in Tagalog and English (both written and verbal).
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong multitasking skills, high adaptability, and assertiveness.
• Willingness to work onsite within the Ortigas and BGC areas.
• At least a High School graduate (old or new curriculum) or a Vocational Diploma holder
• With collections experience or at least customer service–related experience.
