Cross Border Campaign Management (Shopee)

About the team

Cross Border Commercial (CB) is responsible for driving cross-border business performance across key export markets, including China, Korea, and Japan to Thailand. The team covers end-to-end commercial ownership, including seller acquisition, campaign strategy, traffic and resource planning, and operational coordination. CB also acts as the key bridge between regional category, platform, marketing, and ops teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous growth of cross-border business.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the cluster management teams and seller management team to collect quality deals to feature on Flash Sales.
• Check, prioritize, and upload deals in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot execution issues with the platform’s Flash Sale team
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including both seller management and cluster management teams to ensure promotional activities and mechanics.
• Analyze data, prepare presentation documents and reports to team lead
• Take responsibility for project initiatives related to campaigns, from planning to execution and monitoring.
• Monitor performance of new seller programs and act as a centralized team to control resources effectively.
• Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
