Marketing Data Analyst, Monee (2026 Graduate)

Apply What you'll do
- Monitor and analyze traffic from external sources such as paid media, social media, affiliate/partner links, and referral campaigns.
- Assist in implementing and validating tracking setups (UTM parameters, pixels, tags, link tracking, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and consistency across tracking platforms and analytics tools.
- Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Present insights on traffic trends, channel performance, audience behavior, and campaign results. Identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for optimization based on data.
- Support the setup and maintenance of common external tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads tracking, Tag Manager, link tracking tools). Pull and analyze data using SQL or other query tools as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data sources, tagging structure, tracking methodology, evaluate campaign KPIs and improve traffic quality.
- Coordinate with product/data teams to ensure accurate integration of data pipelines and tracking logic.
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis to support marketing strategy and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics, traffic analysis, or related fields preferred.
- Basic SQL skills for data extraction and simple queries is compulsory.
- Familiarity with common tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, UTM tagging, link tracking platforms).
- Strong numerical sense and ability to interpret data clearly.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with dashboard tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI), knowledge of paid media KPIs (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.), basic understanding of marketing funnels and attribution models, familiarity with A/B testing methodologies are a plus.
