A Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for:
- Setting up day-to-day promotional in-app feature settings including but not limited to Landing Pages, Banners, Pop-ups, Reward cards, and Notifications.
- Working on promotion prerequisites such as user lists, user segments, campaign rewards, and microsites.
- Handling permit applications and approvals (e.g. DTI, ASC), as well as ensure adherence to recommendations and requirements for permissions granted.
- Ensuring smooth and timely execution of campaigns.
- Handling investigation and coordination for promo and campaign disputes.
- Liaising with the Regional and Product Team for bugs and errors.
- Managing the set up, schedule, and monitor content on social media and other content management system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate of Marketing, Business Management or other relevant courses
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong project management and execution abilities
- Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Reliable and a team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
- At least 1 year prior experience in Marketing in digital banking is a plus but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Amenable to work in The Podium West Tower, Mandaluyong
