Outbound Warehouse Supervisor, Fulfillment Centre (Bukit Raja, Klang)

What you'll do

1. Plan and monitor daily warehouse operations such as inbound, inventory and outbound
2. Manage team member’s performance including attendance, work schedule, KPI
3. Track and share the progress of shipment to sales and order teams in time, and coordinate anomalies with logistics team
4. Daily report (inventory, transportation, daily sales) monthly/annual summary report work
5. Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks
6. Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Project Management and Fleet operation to ensure smooth warehouse operation
7. Responsible for security, safety and loss prevention of stocks
8. Ensure warehouse area is safe, clean and organized through regular inspection
9. Continuously find ways to improve/enhance existing processes
10. Propose solutions should any problem/issue arise

Requirements

1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field
2. At least 2 years of working experience in specialized in courier service/logistics/warehousing background
3. A good team player and able to lead a team independently
4. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
5. Good coordination and organizational skill
6. Excellent computer skills such as Microsoft Excel and Email
7. Able to work on shift hours and willing to work in Taman Perindustrian Bukit Raja, Klang
8. Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
