Strategic Sourcing & Finance Ops Intern, SPX Express (Fall 2026)

About the team

The SPX procurement and agency management team covers the end to end supplier management process. The scope includes but is not limited to agency management and cost analysis, warehouse expansion projects, large-scale tenders, billing and payment generation/collection, monitoring and analysing operation KPIs.

What you'll do

• Support on SPX Locker project with equipment and delivery tracking
• Monitor locker inventory and assist with arranging electrical works for locker deployment
• Support on SPX Growth project with customer account creation, billing generation
• Extract, reconcile and report the billing data of SPX service utilising SQL monthly
• Assist on SPX and SGWH automation projects

 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business, Engineering, Computing or related fields
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Positive team-player with a can do attitude
• Work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Proficient in SQL is a plus
