Our Marketing teams conceptualize and implement go-to-market activities to increase usage and visibility. The Campaigns Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning and promotional strategy to drive buyer conversion for the Singapore market. We work closely with all other marketing functions to create an integrated marketing campaign.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Big Campaigns and Category campaigns. Some examples include Singapore’s 25th super shiok sale, 15th mid-month sale, seasonal festivals (e.g. Mooncake festival, Durian season, etc) and category memberships initiatives.
- Drive initiatives and key mechanics to help achieve topline targets. Engage in brainstorming innovative campaigns aimed at enhancing sales performance.
- Collaborate and coordinate across internal stakeholders and other marketing functions (e.g. Social Media, Partnerships) for campaign creation and execution.
- Enhance user functionalities to boost user engagement.
- Conduct data analysis on campaign performance and offer ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization, such as innovative engagement and sales mechanics to enhance campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of trends on other e-commerce platforms and broader industry developments through comprehensive competitor analysis.
Requirements
- Good command of English, communication and writing skills
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage expectations, and coordinate with counterparts across internal stakeholders (graphic designers, key account managers) under tight timelines.
- Independent and self-motivated. Enjoys challenges and takes ownership of tasks. Flexible to take on new, unfamiliar, and difficult tasks or projects
- An analytical and structured thinker. Have a good affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution and problem-solving
- Reliable and possess strong team spirit. Able to work collaboratively, is patient, and has good social skills
- Prior experience in e-commerce, marketing (including agencies) or equivalent roles is preferred.
