As our Manager of GTM Strategy and Solutions, APAC, you'll create and lead a brand-new capability focused on helping partners unlock new revenue opportunities, acquire new customers, and accelerate growth through innovative through-partner marketing strategies.

Working across vendors, sales, agencies, and marketing teams, you'll build scalable go-to-market motions that directly influence market share, partner success, and revenue outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and lead APAC go-to-market and through-partner marketing strategies that drive partner growth and vendor solution adoption.
• Collaborate with vendor, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to identify market opportunities and create scalable growth initiatives.
• Design, launch, and optimise integrated campaigns that generate high-value engagement, qualified opportunities, and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Build strategic marketing programs that help partners acquire new customers and unlock new revenue streams.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear return on investment.
• Analyse campaign performance, market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive activity to refine strategy and maximise outcomes.
• Champion data-driven decision-making across all go-to-market activities.
• Simplify complex technology solutions into compelling value propositions that resonate with target audiences.
• Establish and mature a scalable through-partner marketing capability that can expand across the APAC region.
• Influence senior stakeholders while driving alignment across multiple teams and business functions.

✅ What Success Looks Like

We're looking for somebody who brings:

• Proven success developing and executing sophisticated go-to-market strategies within SaaS, cloud, software, or technology environments.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, customer acquisition strategies, demand generation, and campaign optimisation.
• Demonstrated experience working with marketing agencies and managing complex campaign programs from strategy through execution.
• Extensive knowledge of measuring marketing effectiveness, pipeline contribution, lead quality, and commercial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
• Experience working within technology ecosystems involving vendors, distributors, marketplaces, partners, or channel organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels of an organisation.
• Strong leadership capability and the ambition to build, mentor, and develop future teams.
• An analytical mindset with a passion for using data and insights to inform decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into compelling customer value.
• Experience working with hyperscale technology vendors such as Microsoft, Google, AWS, Red Hat, Check Point, or similar organisations would be highly valued.
