About the Role:
The Influencer Team at Ovative Group oversees, develops, and implements Influencer strategy working along-side our client teams to create holistic strategy tailored to our clients’ goals. The Manager, Influencer Marketing will be the driving force behind influencer capabilities from development to execution of strategy; forming partnership with Influencers to promote brand exposure across a variety of platforms to building brand awareness and introducing new customers to our client’s brand.
This integral role will focus on building brand love through creator efforts, while building trust with clients and partnering with internal teams to align strategy and measure performance against KPIs.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Recognized by clients as a trusted day-to-day strategic leader on behalf of the influencer team, providing proactive guidance and a strong point of view across accounts. Anticipate client needs, guide through stakeholder meetings with confidence and minimal supervision, ensuring seamless support and strategic alignment.
Work closely with internal partners and leadership to define and iterate on Ovative’s strategic channel roadmap for Influencer Marketing
Develop campaign and long-term Influencer strategy for current Ovative clients applying solid understanding of client-specific information, from overarching business strategy to industry trends, key products, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform all content and campaign interactions
Source influencers, foster partnerships and opportunities and pitch relevant brand opportunities with full funnel impact aligning back to key KPI’s
Educate influencers on brand and expectations of content and campaigns, exhibiting strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading to produce brand safe high-quality, channel-appropriate content for both internal and external audiences
Document, analyze, and provide meaningful insights on campaign performance
Develop testing and roadmap priorities for clients to iterate, using a test and learn mindset
Inform on influencer trends and partnership opportunities continuously monitoring cultural conversations, influencer trends, social platform evolutions and competitor activities to stay aligned with the evolving landscape
Manage influencer campaign budgets and contracting, collaborating closely with legal, tax, finance, and corporate communication teams to ensure full alignment with brand standards and company policies
Drive the strategic identification, nurturing, and management of multicultural influencer partnerships to elevate brand relevance and foster deep engagement across diverse communities leveraging cultural, community and audience insights
Experience collaborating across key paid media channels to amplify influencer content through boosting and/or affiliate integration
Provide thought-leadership and subject matter expertise to internal teams during pitch process to win new business
Lead and inspire a team of direct reports, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment through hands-on training, mentoring, and coaching
Qualifications and Skills Required
Deep understanding of the Influencer ecosystem - social media channels, influencers, content, and creators
3-5 years in an Influencer Marketing role developing and executing strategy and campaigns in an agency or a non-agency setting
6+ years of experience within Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Social Media Strategy
Expertise and success sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, and negotiating with Influencers
Proven track record of developing and implementing influencer campaigns with experience collaborating across key paid media channels to amplify influencer content through boosting and/or affiliate integration
Measurement-minded with a strong understanding of the performance metrics widely used and available data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
Experience with a wide variety activating across social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitch), 360 campaigns inclusive of experiential and/or alternative talent media touch points
Utilization of Influencer tools and tech platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, CreatorIQ or similar influencer sourcing platforms a plus)
This role requires a strong commitment to developing junior team members' skills, encouraging their professional growth, and guiding them in executing high-quality work that aligns with client objectives
Pay Transparency
At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
For our Manager positions, our compensation ranges from $90,000 to $132,000, which is inclusive of a 20% bonus.
