EDUCATION
• Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science
• Advanced English or above
CERTIFICATIONS
• Certified SAFe Practitioner, Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
• Experience managing SDLC projects
• Experience within a technology organization in the financial services industry is preferred
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals and the SDLC
• Proven ability to develop business requirements and manage a project plan
• Must be hands-on with technical project management end to end
FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
• Experience tracking projects and tasks through Jira/Confluence
• Experience with Agile, waterfall, hybrid, and other delivery methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Project, Visio, and SharePoint
• Ability to effectively and accurately manage high volumes of complex tasks and to collaborate effectively with UX Designers, Developers, Enterprise Architects, and Designers

RESPONSIBILITIES
High Level Responsibilities:
• Analyze parameters including costs, time-lines, technical functions, benefits and risks of IT projects.
• Utilize data gathering tools and methods to gather and analyze data needed for project requirements; assess and document client requirements; develop functional configuration specifications upon a thorough analysis of business requirements.
• Participate in the development, execution, tracking, and analysis of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans; document and report results and deliverables throughout each phase of a project.
• Assist the training coordinator in the delivery of end user training and provide post-production functional support.
• Complete final testing for conformance to standards and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate upgrades and support with project management vendors; coordinate training on project management tools and methodologies.
• Participate in the development, maintenance, and publication of project management standards and guidelines; review materials and deliverables for adherence to methodologies and procedures.
• Prepare preliminary interpretation of analyses for project teams, clients, and/or department management.
• Provide consulting and/or technical support on project management and/or administration tools to project team members; support the project manager on project administration and process improvements.
Details:
• Manage small and medium sized projects independently, following all requirements of the project life cycle and methodology
• Provide support to senior project managers on larger projects and programs, ensuring project goals are met
• Create and maintain the Project Work Breakdown Structure; ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
• Maintain the Project Issues and Risks Log
• Monitor and maintain project financials and forecast
• Drives project completion successfully by achieving all milestones within each project, and meeting business requirements within the approved budget and timeline
• Manage dependencies proactively, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
• Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
• Be familiar with technical design concepts, system architecture, environment infrastructure to allocate tasks and identify issues
• Provide hands-on technology project management and documentation to support technology projects
• Drive planning at the various organizational levels to ensure projects are on track/resourced
• Establish project governance and communication with stakeholders
• Ensure timetable and deliverable schedules are understood and communicated
• Manage dependencies proactively, coordinate across teams to resolve issues and mitigate risks
• Contribute to executive level updates on strategy, budget, project delivery, controls, risks, etc.
• Organize required reporting for business and technology management review sessions
