Magna Legal Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of corporate, operational, technical, and professional positions. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, developing recruiting strategies, identifying top talent, and guiding candidates through every stage of the hiring process, from requisition intake through onboarding.

This individual is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple priorities and partnering with leaders to achieve hiring goals. This is a full-time, permanent, remote position reporting to Magna's Director of Talent Acquisition.
Primary Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, from requisition kickoff through candidate onboarding
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define position requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
Create compelling job postings and advertise opportunities across appropriate recruiting channels
Source, identify, and engage qualified active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing methods
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct structured recruiter screens to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with thoughtful recommendations and interview summaries
Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a seamless interview process from scheduling through final decision
Facilitate timely interview feedback and drive efficient hiring decisions
Hiring Manager Partnership
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and serve as a trusted recruiting advisor
Conduct intake meetings to establish hiring priorities, candidate profiles, timelines, and recruiting strategies
Provide guidance on market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring practices
Consult with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, offering recommendations to improve hiring outcomes
Maintain consistent communication regarding pipeline activity, recruiting progress, and hiring challenges
Candidate Experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process
Provide timely communication regarding interview schedules, hiring timelines, and next steps
Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience that reflects Magna's values and employer brand
Prepare and present verbal offers to selected candidates, negotiate within established compensation guidelines, and address candidate questions
Draft offer letters and coordinate the offer approval process
Recruiting Operations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (Lever)
Ensure all candidate activity, interview feedback, and hiring documentation are properly recorded
Coordinate pre-employment activities and ensure timely completion of hiring milestones
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, and hiring activity
Prepare recruiting reports, dashboards, and pipeline updates for Talent Acquisition leadership and business partners
Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Develop proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and recurring positions
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Identify and cultivate relationships with passive candidates
Leverage professional associations, referrals, networking events, career fairs, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels to expand Magna's talent pipeline
Continuously evaluate new sourcing methods and recruiting technologies to improve hiring results
Employer Branding & Process Improvement
Represent Magna Legal Services professionally throughout the recruiting process
Promote Magna's employment brand across recruiting platforms and networking opportunities
Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience
Support Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as assigned
Desired Background & Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience
2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an in-house corporate or agency recruiting environment
Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment
Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Lever
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and Zoom
Preferred
Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, operational, or professional services roles
Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt hiring
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
Experience interpreting recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes
