As an Application Developer with expertise in Front End development, you will transform UX/UI designs into modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.
You will build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interfaces using modern front-end technologies and best practices, collaborating closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Build Modern User Interfaces: Develop responsive and interactive web applications using HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React (or similar). Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following component-based architecture and coding best practices. Translate UI/UX Designs into Production-Ready Applications: Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces from design systems and Figma mockups while ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility.
- Develop Reusable Components: Create and maintain reusable UI components, leveraging design systems and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Sass, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, or similar). Consume APIs & Manage Application State: Integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs, handle asynchronous data flows, and manage application state using modern libraries and patterns. Deliver Responsive & Accessible Experiences: Ensure applications provide an optimal experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while following accessibility (WCAG) standards and performance best practices.
- Optimize Performance: Improve application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimization, caching strategies, and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Ensure Code Quality: Write well-tested, maintainable code using modern development workflows, version control (Git), code reviews, and testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work within Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality software. Strong experience in modern front-end development using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Hands-on experience with React (or a comparable modern framework such as Angular or Vue.js). Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, CSS Grid, and responsive web design. Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous programming patterns. Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Context API, Redux, Zustand, or similar). Understanding of component-based architecture and reusable UI development. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Knowledge of modern build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or similar. Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks. Familiarity with GraphQL and related client libraries. Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Chakra UI, Ant Design, or similar). Experience with modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS. Understanding of performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and Core Web Vitals. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker. Exposure to micro-frontends or frontend architecture patterns. Experience with Figma and close collaboration with UX/UI designers. Familiarity with secure front-end development practices and OWASP recommendations.
