Technical Support Representative - Security Analyst

Ensure security controls align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Support internal and external audits. Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. Assist in implementing security best practices and hardening recommendations. Monitor security events and alerts generated from various security tools. Perform initial analysis, triage, and investigation of security incidents. Escalate incidents based on severity and business impact. Security Operations Center (SOC) processes Incident Response Security Monitoring • Proficiency in Industry Trends: Awareness of evolving cybersecurity threats and industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies. • Familiarity with Negotiation Techniques: Exposure to negotiation techniques to achieve consensus and alignment among stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and exchange of information. • Knowledge of Emerging Threats: Experience working with emerging threats and technologies, recommending enhancements to technical procedures to address security incidents and vulnerabilities.
