Digital Renewal Manager

About the Role
As a Digital Renewal Manager at Hyland, you'll own and execute renewal agreements across an assigned territory, combining your negotiation expertise with a customer-first mindset. You'll work to maximize retention, drive timely contract execution, and partner cross-functionally to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Manage a high volume of customers to secure timely renewals with streamlined negotiations, ensuring revenue retention across assigned accounts
- Collaborate with the Account Team to support the development and execution of renewal strategies that drive successful customer outcomes
- Communicate renewal products, pricing, and terms clearly to customers and partners, ensuring a strong understanding of value propositions and available contract options
- Partner with internal stakeholders including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support teams to provide comprehensive assistance throughout the renewal process
- Maintain accurate customer information, renewal details, and engagement notes in company systems to support cross-functional collaboration and reporting
- Support proactive renewal management efforts to ensure contracts are renewed on time, individual renewal rate goals are met, and collective team targets are exceeded

Compensation
This role offers a salary range of 120,000 PLN – 144,000PLN, based on experience and qualifications.
