The Senior Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, practices, and policies. This role involves analyzing, evaluating, and preparing recommendations to ensure Hyland maintains a competitive and cost-effective position in the markets in which we operate.Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Lead sales compensation initiatives involving analysis, revision, development, or re-design of programs, leveraging deep expertise and best practice knowledge
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Executives, Managers, business leaders, and HR Business Partners — identifying and solving sales compensation issues to ensure programs meet the needs of the business and its people
- Plan, model, create, and evaluate sales compensation plans, analyzing existing structures to drive improvements aligned with business needs
- Research, develop, and recommend sales compensation policies and procedures that support organizational goals
- Develop and deliver timely, meaningful analyses to inform decision-making related to sales compensation programs
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to team members, contributing to the overall growth and technical capability of the team
Role Essentials
You'll be set up for success if you have:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience as a Sales Compensation Analyst or Compensation Professional
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze complex data sets
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with discretion and tact
