Sales Solution Engineer – Colombia | Remote
We're looking for a Sales Solution Engineer to join our team in Colombia – Remote (Contrato a termino Indefinido)Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customer engagements, coordinating pre-sales meetings and translating customer needs into clear solution strategies.
- Design and deliver compelling solution demonstrations that connect technical capabilities to real business outcomes, communicating with clarity and confidence.
- Present proposed solutions to key stakeholders, earning validation and buy-in through a strong balance of technical depth and commercial awareness.
- Partner with Global Services to ensure a seamless post-sale transition, remaining actively engaged throughout the customer handoff.
- Develop technical documentation and RFP responses that accurately capture solution strategy and customer context.
- Engage in a structured 3-month onboarding experience, collaborating alongside a senior team of engineers on content management and automation projects across Latin America to build product knowledge and pre-sales expertise.

Role Essentials (Required Skills)
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) — primary working language for this role
- Technical foundation in one or more of the following: cloud technologies, databases, automation, content management, or workflow solutions
- Proven ability to bridge the technical and commercial — you're not just a developer, you understand the business impact of technology
- Strong presentation and communication skills; able to engage and influence diverse audiences with clarity and confidence
- Pre-sales, implementation, or solution engineering experience — or a strong technical background with a drive to grow into the pre-sales space
What We'd Like to See (Preferred Skills)
- English proficiency — an important next layer for regional and global collaboration
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Hyland products such as OnBase or Alfresco
- Background in enterprise content management (ECM), business process automation, or document management
- Experience coming from a technical implementation or professional services background
- Open to any industry — what matters most is your technical curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to grow
