About the Role
As a Solution Consultant at Hyland, you'll be the bridge between our technology and our customers' success. You'll lead the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions, drawing on your technical expertise and consulting experience to deliver meaningful outcomes — while building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor.
Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do
- Lead requirements analysis and consult on recommended practices for enterprise solutions from both a business and technical perspective
- Design, configure, and build solutions leveraging best practice knowledge, including application development tools and integrations
- Compose and deliver requirements documentation, accurately estimate deployment timelines, and lead demonstrations of configured solutions or prototypes while maintaining stakeholder buy-in
- Test configured solutions to ensure optimal performance, proactively advising customers through their testing process while managing project scope
- Develop migration plans using best practices for enterprise solutions and transition key information to technical support teams to ensure continued customer success
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying future engagement opportunities while providing training, coaching, and guidance to internal and external stakeholders
