<Role Purpose>
Drive business growth and channel strategy by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and translating business insights into actionable initiatives that improve customer acquisition, productivity, and channel performance.
<Job Contents>
- Develop and execute channel growth strategies to support business expansion and revenue targets.
- Conduct customer, workforce, and branch resource analysis to identify growth opportunities and capacity gaps.
- Design and maintain business planning models covering headcount, productivity, customer acquisition, and channel performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations on branch network optimization, workforce deployment, and sales capacity planning.
- Monitor business performance and drive actions to improve customer acquisition, customer coverage, and productivity.
- Prepare management presentations and business reviews for senior leadership and executive committees.
<License/Qualification Requirement>
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business planning, strategy, consulting, analytics, or financial services. Candidates with less experience but strong potential may also be considered.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business actions.
- Experience in workforce planning, sales management, channel management, or distribution strategy is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
