We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Proposition Manager, Customer Portfolio Management.
In this role you will
- Support the development and elevation of Premier and Premier Elite propositions across client continuum to drive acquisitions, relationship deepening and portfolio management for HK market
- Assist to formulate Premier and Premier Elite proposition strategies, develop new ideas of proposition features, customer journey and ecosystem with full execution by gauging customer insight analysis and market trends
- Support the growth of the customer base and portfolio growth in term of product cross-selling and customer revenue for Premier and Premier Elite by different strategic initiatives, including building up customer journey, proposition and wealth deepening campaigns, offerings and lifestyle benefits
- Assist to enhance the retail and wealth product offerings and experience across continuum to drive sales activities and business conversion
- Support to implement Global Standard and control initiatives to ensure adherence to guidelines
- Liaise with key stakeholders including Group Premier, Retail Distribution, Product teams, Marketing, Data Analytics, Compliance and Legal, Transformation, etc. to facilitate development and implementation of initiatives and projects
To be successful you will need
- University graduate with business studies related discipline with solid experience in banking, finance, marketing or product management.
- Strong personal drive and can work independently and proactively
- Familiar with sales and distribution framework and keep in pace with the ever-changing market conditions
- Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong numerical ability, analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills
